Service Description

Created using basic Stretching principles (Stretching is a form of physical exercise specific to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle adaptation to resistance exercise), this class will focus on using the 6 basic body movements (squat, lunge, lift, press, pull and push) to improve overall joint and muscle function to: -Decrease your risk of injuries -Help your joints move through their full range of motion -Enable your muscles to work most effectively -Increase blood flow to the muscle.
